Former board members celebrating Scatter Creek Farm and Conservancy in 2013
We are seeking additional members of the Board of Directors
We are open to new board members with many talents plus a commitment to farmland preservation and affordable access to land for farmers. Of special interest to us at this time are members who reflect the diversity of our community, especially the diversity of those who choose to be farmers. We also seek individuals with interest in joining our Finance, Farmland Preservation, and Membership/Outreach/Development committees. Community members are also invited to join these committees without also becoming a member of the Board of Directors. Board and/or committee membership provides the opportunity to meet new and interesting people, learn broader skills, give back to your community and help keep farming viable in the South Sound.
