QUESTION: The mission of SSCFLT is to promote vibrant local food and farming systems through community supported farmland preservation strategies, educational outreach, and partnerships that increase opportunities for farms and farmers to flourish.
*
Indicates required field
1. What is one way you think SSCFLT is currently successful at fulfilling this mission?
*
2. Imagine SSCFLT has the most successful year ever in 2017, from your perspective what would that success look like?
*
Currently, the work of SSCFLT focuses on the important work of preserving farmland and keeping
it affordable for the next generation. If we are able expand our work someday, what do you think is
the right approach:
1. Growing deeper and strengthening the work we already do OR broadening our priorities (e.g. more education, outreach, or partnerships and opportunities for farmers)?
*
2. If you think it would be valuable to broaden our focus, what is one priority you hope we can include?
*
If we, as the community of members who support SSCFLT, could find more ways to connect with
each other and add new members through events (for example: community dinners, farm tours,
preservation workshops, cooking classes, nights out, celebrations... anything you can imagine) is
there a type of event...
1. That you would be interested in attending?
*
2. That would make you want to invite your friends?
*
3. That you would like to coordinate, sponsor, or host?
