2018 Farm Map Ad & Sponsorship Form

The Farm Map is a project of the Community Farm Land Trust. The goal of the map is to support local direct sales farmers and producers in the South Sound area.  It also represents an opportunity for local food and agricultural advocates and businesses to support the preservation of working farmland by being sponsors and buying ads.  To advertise or be a sponsor in the 2018 South Sound Direct Sales Farm Map, please fill out the form below and submit.

Deadline for graphic ad reservation with ad copy is February 20, 2018.

Advertising and Sponsorship Policy for print copies of the Direct Sales Farm Map:
Ads are either business card or double business card size and are regarded as a purchased service, not a donation. Advertisers will provide camera ready ads which are subject to review by the map coordinator. If more ads are submitted than space available, the following priority order will be used for ad selection:

1.   Farmers listed in the map, who wish to purchase a display ad.
2.   Past advertisers and/or sponsors.
3.   Other organizations and businesses that directly relate to local farming, farm preservation, conservation, or local food.
4.   Advertising that is not related to farming, farm preservation, conservation, or local food.

Sponsorships are a way for organizations and businesses to support the farm map in addition to purchasing an advertisement.  Contributions to SSCFLT above the price of an ad is regarded as a donation and thus can be considered a tax deductible contribution.

We also welcome sponsorships without advertisements! Organizations and businesses related to farming, farm preservation, conservation, or local food are invited to make a sponsorship contribution at any level.  The minimum sponsorship for others is $500.

The maps will be printed in late February and 12,000 copies distributed in the spring, summer and fall.
Thank you for your support!
